Yoga Skills is designed for those wanting to progress with their own yoga practice. Sequences and drills, focusing on improving flexibility and strength, working towards traditional Hatha postures. You can expect to be working on; arm balancing, inversions, deep stretches, balancing postures and backbends. The class is designed for all levels, even total beginners. Props and equipment provided, hand sanitiser and cleaning spray for props, please BYO mat.
