FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
No Question Is Too Small
I'M A BEGINNER TO YOGA, ARE YOUR CLASSES SUITABLE FOR ME?
Yes, my classes are designed for all levels and abilities. We all have strengths and weaknesses, my sequences are designed to have variations for each pose, either to simplify or challenge further. Click here to read a detailed description of each class to find the one that is right for you.
CAN I BOOK A PRIVATE CLASS?
Yes, click here to book a one-to-one class. We can practice together over zoom or in person. I offer classes at my home studio, a spacious and calm room with views over Poole Harbour. If you feel more comfortable in your own space I can come to you. Alternatively we can practice outside, at the beach or local park.
CAN I ACCESS YOUR ONLINE CLASSES AT ANY TIME?
I have a large selection of free, access anytime classes on YouTube. Please click here to practice with me now. Zoom and Beach Yoga Flow classes are only available live.
DO YOU OFFER PRIVATE GROUP CLASSES?
Yes, if you're planning a get together with friends from work etc I can offer a private Yoga class for up to 10 students. Prices vary so please click here to complete a contact form to find out more information.
I DON'T FEEL LIKE I'M PROGRESSING IN A CLASS ENVIRONMENT, SHOULD I TAKE ONE-TO-ONE CLASSES?
This is a perfect example for a bespoke one-to-one session, moving at your pace, to achieve your personal goals and increase progression. You may be a total beginner, intermediate yogi or an advanced gymnast, these tailored sessions are designed and adapted to your ability. You'll leave each session feeling confident, well-informed and empowered to continue your personal progression. Book a one-to-one class here.
WHAT EQUIPMENT DO I NEED TO BRING TO EACH CLASS?
If attending a group yoga class please bring your own yoga mat and any props you wish to use. If you're attending a beach yoga flow class please don't bring your favourite mat, I recommend grabbing a second reasonably priced one (decathlon do them for £10) as your expensive mat will get ruined by sand! For private one-to-one classes all equipment will be provided but I always recommend bringing your own mat.
